This is a tip for everyone submitting an article to the system. To get the most out of distribution you should spin your article at least 100%.
There are two benefits that you can gain from this, the first is that your article will be unique on each and every site it is distributed too. The second is that you will get a lot more distributions, most of the sites plugged into the ArticleRanks system do not want to receive duplicate content therefore they set the articles to be accepted at the maximum limit of 90%. So by spinning an article 100%+ you are much more likely to get a good distribution and published rate.

Well you submit your article on add article, once you save it in draft mode you will be taken to a spinning screen where you can rewrite the article numerous times
